It is important for Affiliates to know the status of their rewards. To check the status, click on the Clients List tab in the Affiliates Personal Area.
You will see one of client status below:
- Not Qualified
We recommend Affiliates to read the moderation and guidelines to best understand why you may encounter some of the above.
Let us look at what these statuses mean and why you may encounter them.
Paid: A reward has been paid to the partner.
Declined: There may be suspicious activity.
Pending: A reward has not been created as the client is newly registered and has not qualified.
Qualified: The reward for the client has been created and is eligible to pay on the next working day (rewards are paid on a daily basis).
Not Qualified: The qualification period (720 days) has passed.
On Hold: Suspicious traffic is detected arriving through your affiliate link and we have placed it “On-Hold”. Please review your performance statistics and send supporting evidence to verify the origin of any leads that have been flagged as suspicious to the Affiliates Support team.
Some examples of supporting evidence can include traffic sources, placed links, or marketing materials you have used as part of your marketing efforts. To check your performance statistics, select the “Reports” tab in your Partner Personal Area.
