Please note that report sharing may not be available in your PA; if you would like access to this feature, please contact your account manager.
The report sharing feature will let you share detailed reports with referred clients, such as reward history.
In order to share with a referred client, you must have:
- The partner code used to sign up the client.
- The referred client’s account registered email address.
- The referred client’s account alias/name.
Here’s how to share a report:
- Log into your Personal Area.
- Select Report Sharing from the main menu.
- Click Create Report Sharing and an options popup will appear.
- Enter the details for your shared report, including:
- Connected partner’s email
- Your partner code
- Connected partner’s alias/name
Once the report has been shared, it will appear in your Report Sharing area. Clicking Edit will allow you to modify any of the details entered in during the creation of the shared report. If you uncheck Share reward history report, the referred client will no longer have access to the daily shared report.
You can customize how many shared reports are shown in this area by changing the dropdown option next to Rows per page: at the bottom of the results page.
What is included in the shared report?
Shared reports contain the daily results shown in your Rewards History area relevant only to the referred client that it is shared with.
