Requirements
Client qualification requirements
The requirements for client qualification acquired via the CPL model are as follows:
- The referred client’s email should be verified.
- The referred client’s phone should be verified.
Payout requirements
Before the payout is calculated, the system checks the conversion rate (from qualified registration (phone/email verified) to First Time Deposit (FTD)) for the referred clients introduced by the affiliate. If the conversion rate meets the set requirement of 6%, we pay for all qualified referred clients.
If an Affiliate has referred clients but hasn’t met the conversion rate requirements, a notification regarding the same will be sent to the bell icon in their Partner Personal Area.
Note: The Company has the right to reject all payouts to an affiliate for the accounting month if the above requirement is not met.
What is the conversion rate and how is it calculated?
The conversion rate of the referred clients introduced by our Affiliates under the CPL program is calculated on a monthly basis before payouts are made.
Conversion rate = (Number of clients who made FTD / Total number of qualified clients)%
Example:
During the last month an Affiliate introduced 100 referred clients (made registration), 50 have met all requirements (verified phone number and email address) but only 10 have made a deposit (FTD).
The conversion rate, in this case, = (10/50)% = 20%.
Since this is more than the set minimum of 6%, this Affiliate will be qualified for payouts.
When is the CPL Payout made?
The period of CPL payments is the next calendar month, which means that Affiliates are eligible to receive payouts the month after the billable month.
Note: The registrations must be real, all incentivized registrations will not be paid (following the conditions stated in our Digital Affiliate agreement).

CPL payouts are made based on the mode of registration used by the referred clients signing up on our website. We accept registrations from the web or mobile platforms regardless of the country of registration.

Example:
A CPL Affiliate in the SSA region introduced 5 clients (3 registered through the web, 2 registered through mobile platforms), 3 of which have made necessary FTD and met all other qualification criteria.
The conversion rate is calculated as 60% which is above the set threshold, thus commission will be paid for all 5 clients introduced.
Affiliates commission = (Qualified clients from web * USD 3) + (Qualified clients from mobile platform * USD 3) = 9 + 6 = USD 15
Note: CPL payout values will differ based on the referred clients’ region. Use the formula above to get an accurate commission calculation.
