What is Exness Premier program?
Exness Premier is a loyalty program that rewards our most active and loyal clients. As a Premier member, you have access to a range of exclusive benefits depending on the tier you are awarded. The qualification for Exness Premier is subject to the client's total accrued deposits and quarterly trading volume.
Countries eligible for Premier participation
Exness Premier is offered in the majority of the countries in which Exness operates, as detailed below:
Asia: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, South Korea, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Maldives, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Thailand.
Africa: Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cabo Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Egypt, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mayotte, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Membership tiers
There are 3 tiers of the Exness Premier:
1. Premier Preferred
This is where you start your Premier journey, earning a range of privileges and unique benefits, including priority customer support, exclusive educational resources, expert trading analysis, and special promotions.
How to maintain the tier?
To attain and remain in the Premier Preferred tier, you must maintain a quarterly trading volume of USD 50 million.
How to upgrade the tier?
To upgrade to the Premier Elite tier, you must have a lifetime deposit value of at least USD 50 000 and a quarterly trading volume of at least USD 100 million.
2. Premier Elite
As a Premier Elite member, you receive all the benefits of Preferred, in addition to personalized and immediate support from a dedicated account manager who will get in touch with you for all your Premier needs.
How to maintain the tier?
To achieve and remain in the Premier Elite tier, you must maintain a quarterly trading volume of USD 100 million.
How to upgrade the tier?
To qualify for the Premier Signature tier, you must have a lifetime deposit value of at least USD 100 000 and a quarterly trading volume of at least USD 200 million.
3. Premier Signature
This is the highest tier of Exness Premier. You will enjoy the benefits of Elite, with additional world-class networking opportunities, direct access to our C-suite executives, and exclusive trading conditions.
How to maintain the tier?
To earn and retain the Premier Signature tier, you must maintain a quarterly trading volume of USD 200 million.
Exness Premier benefits and rewards provided by Exness or third parties vary depending on the region and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Benefits can't be bought, sold, bartered, or transferred.
How do I check my status?
The Premier membership status may be viewed in the Profile menu on the Exness Trader app and in the Exness Premier tab in the Settings area of the Exness website. The Premier status is also displayed on the Social Trading app.
If you are unable to view your Premier status in the Profile menu or do not have the Exness Premier tab in the Settings area, you have not yet met the minimum requirements to become a potential Premier member.
In order to view the Premier qualification progress the requirements are:
- Your Personal Area must have been created over 30 days ago
- The total lifetime deposit of your account is more than USD 15,000
- The total lifetime trading volume is above USD 40 million.
For qualified clients, the Exness Premier appears in the Profile menu of the Exness Trader app and the Settings area of the Exness website, displaying the Premier status and other useful information, including
- Current tier and membership period
- Requirements to maintain or upgrade to the next achievable tier
- Membership progress.
For clients close to qualifying, the Exness Premier appears in the Profile menu of the Exness Trader app and the Settings area of the Exness website, highlighting the achievable Premier status and other useful information, including:
- Date of the membership assessment
- Qualification criteria for the achievable tiers
- Membership progress.
Qualification criteria for global countries
Each Premier tier has unique requirements for the total lifetime deposits and the trading volume per quarter, and clients must meet both requirements that apply to all countries Exness operates in except China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao.

The tier qualification calculation per quarter is explained below:
Q1 — We compute trading volume from 1st January to 31st March and total lifetime deposits as of 31st March to determine qualification.
Q2 —The client is assigned the Premier tier from 1st April to 30th June and is eligible for Premier benefits and rewards. We compute trading volume from 1st April to 30th June and total lifetime deposits as of 30th June to determine re-qualification.
Q3 — The client is assigned the Premier tier from 1st July to 30th September and is eligible for Premier benefits and rewards. We compute trading volume from 1st July to 30th September and total lifetime deposits as of 30th September to determine re-qualification.
Q4 — The client is assigned the Premier tier from 1st October to 31st December and is eligible for Premier benefits and rewards. We compute trading volume from 1st October to 31st December and total lifetime deposits as of 31st December to determine re-qualification for the next quarter.
- For the total lifetime deposits, only external deposits are considered. Internal transfers are excluded from the lifetime deposits.
- Social Trading deposits and trading volume of open and closed orders from the Investors are included in the qualification calculations.
- The qualification calculations will exclude trading volume from Portfolio Managers and Investors as well as deposits from the Investors.
Please note: Clients cannot have multiple Premier memberships. The highest tier will be selected if the client qualifies for multiple Premier tiers in different Personal Areas.
