With our Client Allocation Check feature, it is easier than ever to check if a client is registered under you.
How to check
Keep your client’s email address handy and follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Personal Area.
- Click on your name displayed on the top right corner.
- Select Client allocation check.
- Enter the full email address of your client and hit Continue to check the status.
Here are the three possible outcomes you may see and what they mean:
1.Client is registered under you
There are two scenarios here-
a.No real accounts created yet
If the client has not created any trading accounts yet, the screen will display the below message saying the client is under you but will need to open a real account in order for you to receive rewards.
b.Has already created real accounts
The screen will display the below message and the list of trading accounts that you are eligible to receive partnership rewards from.
2.Client is not currently registered under you
If the client was previously registered under you but has changed to a different partner, you are still eligible to receive partnership rewards for trades on the accounts linked to you. In such a case, the screen will display the following message and the list of accounts that you are eligible to receive rewards from.
3.Client is not registered under you
You will see the below screen if the client was never registered under your partnership.
