Checking if a client is registered under your partnership just got easier.

All you need to do is:
- Keep your client’s email address handy.
- Log in to your Partner Personal Area and click on your name displayed in the upper right corner > Choose Client allocation check. Alternatively, just click here.
- Enter the full email address of your client and hit Continue to check the status.
Here are the three possible outcomes you may see and what they mean:
The client is currently registered under you
There could be two scenarios here based on whether the client has created real accounts or not. Let us take a look at them:
No real accounts created yet
If the client has not created any trading accounts yet, the screen will display the below message saying the client is under you but will need to open a real account in order for you to receive rewards.
Has already created real accounts
The screen will display the below message and the list of trading accounts that you are eligible to receive partnership rewards from.
The client is currently not registered under you
If the client was previously registered under you but has changed to a different partner, you are still eligible to receive partnership rewards for trades on the accounts linked to you. In such a case, the screen will display the following message and the list of accounts that you are eligible to receive rewards from.
The client has not registered under you
You will see the below screen if the client has not registered under your partnership.
