The Dashboard
This is the default area presented when you log in, and contains most of the major tracking tools for your account.
The top of the page shows your your current verification status:
Balance
Shows the total amount of commissions earned in USD.
Your partner link
Displays your partner link as well as a handy copy function for ease.
Status
This shows your current partner level, spread share (the reward percentage paid from company spread), and fixed commission per lot (the reward paid based on the trading instrument used by your referrals).
Referrals
Here you will find a selection of useful links that you can use to increase your referrals’ trading volume potential.
Quick Reports
Finally, this section displays your overall profit and referral registration, and can be set to display specific time periods.
Reports
These areas are essential for tracking your referrals, transactions, and overall performance. Each area offers robust search settings for you. Below we include a brief summary of each reporting feature.
This exhaustive tool will let you search every referral linked to your account, the date they registered, their trading volume (either in lots or USD depending on your preference), and total profit.
Here you can search the entire history of your reward payouts including profit in USD, trading volume in lots, and trading volume in USD.
A more detailed breakdown of your referrals' trading activity can be found here, including the instrument and spread used to trade.
This area will list all pending transactions that your referrals currently have pending. Rewards from these transactions reflect in your balance within 24 hours.
The performance of your partner link is measured here and includes metrics such as clicks, conversions, deposits and more. The statistics update every 2 hours, and also allow you to set preferences based on the link, source, time, and location.
Payments
This area is divided into two tabs, withdrawal and transaction history.
Withdrawal
By opening this tab, a number of payment methods will be presented. You can use these to withdraw your partner rewards by transferring them to a valid trading account.
Transaction history
This tab will allow you to view and filter the results of any transactions made on your Exness account. The filter options include a timeframe, transaction type, and status that can be defined. Clicking on any entry expands the details of the transaction.
Promo
The promo area of the Personal Area is divided into 2 tabs, promo materials and registration tools.
Promo materials
This tab presents a number of assets you can use in your campaigns to attract new clients including banners, videos, landing page templates, GIFs, and logos.
All materials provide an HTML code that you can use to share on any format that supports HTML, such as internet forums and personal websites. Your partner link is already coded into these, so if any potential referral were to click on the asset and subsequently become an Exness client, it would be automatically tracked and linked to your account. The assets may also present some customisation options such as size, language, and promotional theme.
Registration tools
Your partner code and main partner link are displayed here, but there are many features that allow you to create more targeted partner links to enhance your digital campaigns. For example, the web link can be customized to redirect to a specific page on the Exness website, which may enhance your conversions; someone that clicks the custom link and signs up to Exness will be automatically linked to your account. The Campaigns tab provides functionality to create custom links for timely campaigns that are themed around significant holidays and promotions throughout the year; these links can be tracked in the performance statistics report.
Support
All of the available support teams are listed here, including whether they are available now, and operating times based on local timezones. Options to send an email or call directly is also provided here.
Account
Clicking the profile icon on the top-right side of the Personal Area will open up your account options. Here you can see your account’s personal data, manage any marketing integrations for your account, set notification preferences, and make client allocation checks.
