Have you forgotten your password to login to your Personal Area? Do not worry, we have you covered.
Steps to reset password:
- Go to your Personal Area.
- Click Having trouble signing in.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Tick the box next to I’m not a robot.
- Click Request Password.
- Enter the verification code sent to your security type (Email/SMS). Click Confirm Operation.
- Set up a new password and click Change password.
That’s it. You can now use this new password to login to your Personal Area.
