General Principles
Use fair, clear and non-misleading information - Do not make any promises, guarantees or suggestions for and on behalf of Exness - Do not create unrealistic expectations
Do not promise that people can make money with Exness. Avoid using terms such as “easy profits”, “win/make/earn money”, “start your trading career”, or “make an income”, as well as other similar terms. In addition to this, implying that trading leads to success, a change in lifestyle, financial freedom or any other unwarranted benefit is prohibited.
Do not use any visual references showing money (cash, credit cards, notes and coins) that imply that trading can lead to guaranteed profits.
Provide balanced statements - Do not use absolute statements - Refer to both advantages and disadvantages
All statements must be balanced; therefore if you mention potential profits (advantages) you must always also mention potential losses (disadvantages/risks). Do not imply that trading in risky products such as CFDs and Exness’ products is suitable for everyone.
Wherever an advantage of trading, leverage and volatility is mentioned, the associated risks should also be stated.
Use accurate and up-to-date information - Do not make statements that cannot be verified with tangible evidence
All information related to Exness’ services, products, account types, product specifications, platforms and others must be relevant and up-to-date at all times. Do not advertise the fact that Exness offers trading signals, auto-trading, robots, investment advice, or portfolio or fund management services.
Do not make statements implying that Exness’ products can be physically delivered, or are traded on a recognised Market/Stock Exchange. Exness offers only Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on multiple underlying assets such as FX/Forex, Indices, Cryptocurrencies, and others (all Exness product’ specifications are subject to change).
Do not imply that Exness or its products are associated with gambling. Do not compare Exness’ services with those of a credit institution/bank.
Warn your audience of risks associated with trading - Include appropriate disclaimers
All promotional materials should include at least one risk warning/disclaimer that is clearly visible to readers. Risk warnings should not be buried within other content. Use the following disclaimer “Offered by Exness.com. Trading is risky.” or any other disclaimer provided by your Account Manager.
In addition, you should clearly disclose on the websites, landing pages, social network pages and other traffic sources you utilise for the promotion of Exness’ services and products only, that they are not owned or operated by Exness, as and where applicable.
